How do I place an order ?

  1. Pick the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Once you have selected all your products and are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right and you will be redirected to view the cart page.  Double check everything is correct and check out.
  4. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”.

On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after the Interac E-transfer has been received.

Once we collect your Interac E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. You will receive an email of your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available.

Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

If you wish to add or edit your order, you will need to enter a new order and we can cancel your original order. Email us at info@puffland.ca with your order number in order for it to be changed.

If you would like your order canceled and it has not shipped out yet, please email info@puffland.ca.

All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis but if your order has shipped then it can not be changed or canceled.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment to Puffland is made using Interac E-transfer. If you currently use online banking with a Canadian bank or a credit union, then sending a transfer will only take a few minutes.

Instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer will be provided with your purchase and your order will ship only after Interac E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 11 am PST (2pm EST), your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day.

How do I send an interac E-Transfer?

Sending an Interac e-transfer is easy and only takes minutes with most Canadian banks, visit the website below for detailed information on Interac E-transfers.

I’ve sent my Interac E-transfer. What’s next?

Once we receive your Interac  E-transfer, it could take up to an hour for us to receive an email notifying us in regards to your payment. Your order will be processed for shipping once we collect the Interac E-transfer.

As mentioned if we receive your order before 11:00 AM PST Monday-Friday, your order will ship the same business day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.

What will happen to my order if I do not submit payment?

Once you’ve placed your order you will be required to provide payment via Interac E-transfer. If we do not receive payment within 2 business days your order may be cancelled.

    I thought we were supposed to get points for ordering? I only got points for registering my account. made an order, paid for 2 – 3 day shipping and yet the order sat at the airport for 5 days it took a total of 8 days to get to me. so is this how it normally works? How will you correct this?

      Hi Rod,

      We apologize for the error with your points. We have gone into your account and fixed this for you.

      As far as the shipping goes, it looks like it took 6 days to receive your order due to the package sitting at the Canada Post facility over the weekend. The package arrived within 4 business days and 2-4 business days is the normal time frame for Canada Post’s deliveries.

      Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per dollar spent and can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points for $5 off.

    Hello, how do I leave product reviews? I cannot even find a review section for the 2 products I purchased from you. I would like to earn my puff points for reviewing but theres no way? Do I have to review it on leafly?

      You can definitely leave us a review on leafly. As far as leaving a review on our site, you would want to make sure that you are logged into your account and from there you will be able to leave a review on the product!
