How do I place an order ?
- Pick the product you wish to purchase.
- Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
- Once you have selected all your products and are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right and you will be redirected to view the cart page. Double check everything is correct and check out.
- Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”.
On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after the Interac E-transfer has been received.
Once we collect your Interac E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. You will receive an email of your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
If you wish to add or edit your order, you will need to enter a new order and we can cancel your original order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in order for it to be changed.
If you would like your order canceled and it has not shipped out yet, please email email@example.com.
All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis but if your order has shipped then it can not be changed or canceled.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment to Puffland is made using Interac E-transfer. If you currently use online banking with a Canadian bank or a credit union, then sending a transfer will only take a few minutes.
Instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer will be provided with your purchase and your order will ship only after Interac E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 11 am PST (2pm EST), your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day.

I’ve sent my Interac E-transfer. What’s next?
Once we receive your Interac E-transfer, it could take up to an hour for us to receive an email notifying us in regards to your payment. Your order will be processed for shipping once we collect the Interac E-transfer.
As mentioned if we receive your order before 11:00 AM PST Monday-Friday, your order will ship the same business day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.
What will happen to my order if I do not submit payment?
Once you’ve placed your order you will be required to provide payment via Interac E-transfer. If we do not receive payment within 2 business days your order may be cancelled.
